Is email marketing worth the cash?

Matthew Gaiennie - Tuesday, July 27, 2010

A series of questions we see when we submit proposals to prospects is, “What is email marketing? Why is it x amount of dollars? Do I need it?” We understand this is just a response of any business owner or CEO who is, like us, concerned with saving money where possible. But, these same CEOs and business owners are willing to use a technique that has a lower response rate and is ALWAYS more expensive – direct mail. More

Social Networking Tools That Really Help

Matthew Gaiennie - Monday, June 14, 2010

We've all had those days where we try to manage our social media and work. Sometimes, it just seems like there's not enough time to do both. I'm here today to tell you those days are over thanks to a bunch of products that allow you to keep track of everything on your social media sites. So new, old or updated, we believe that you should have some sort of tool to help. We definitely find it easier to have these tools in place! However, this brings up a series of questions. (Which will become a series of posts from me.) We'll start off with the most basic question. What tool should I use?  More

Rant for DIY Web Designers

Matthew Gaiennie - Wednesday, October 28, 2009

We’ve all seen the ads saying “$9.99 a year for your very own website and only $5 a month for your domain!” or something similar to that. Most people will jump on these places because it is very inexpensive. Ten bucks and a few more to get a website that potentially can bring a significant amount of new business and revenue seems like a no-brainer. However, some details a lot of the companies don’t tell you are the details that should be a top priority for you: the ease of updating content and web pages, how the web page will look on all web browsers, and how the web page will look on phones. (Yes, phones.) More

Hello and Welcome

Matthew Gaiennie - Friday, July 31, 2009
Greeting to all my good friends and to those who just really want to know what's on my mind. I hope you are prepared for a rollercoaster ride full of excitement, wonder, and fear. (But mostly excitement and wonder...because I don't like fear all that much. It's just over rated you know what I mean?) We will travel to far away lands, with out leaving our seats, and we will experience delightful and interesting new feelings when we get to play with our new "gadgets." Gadgets you can only find here! (or google or any major search engine for that matter...but it's just more interesting here...I think) These new and wonderful gadgets will be able to make your life much easier and more enjoyable. (or at least that's the intent) But, again, welcome to my little world. Full of new technologies, wonderful ideas, and random thoughts throughout the work week. Here you will be able to experience the life of a jounior marketer, who's also a junior of the boss. (psst! I'm the bosses son!) I hope you enjoy yourselves as much as I do. Sit back, grab a drink (is Corona an option...yes...but only on Firdays after 3), and relax as our story unfolds. I believe it will be a great one.
