Bud
| Our roots are grounded in the values of our namesake, W.L. “Bud” Gaiennie, father of company CEO Charles Gaiennie and a retired broadcaster by profession. Mr. Bud started his career in Los Angeles alongside comedy great Dick Van Dyke, but chose family over career to immigrate back to his home of Louisiana. Although sought after by the major networks for his Mr. Hollywood good looks, his booming James Earl Jones (Darth Vader) voice and ability to turn a good phrase, Mr. Bud chose to light up Acadiana as host of "Passe Partout," the Cajun French version of "Good Morning America" by KLFY of Lafayette, anchor of the evening news and founder of the pre-"60 Minutes" news magazine, "Viewpoint." Loved by many for his unwavering honor and fidelity, his devotion to family and country and uncompromised principles, Mr. Bud is the inspiration for everything our firm was created to accomplish. What more can we say but, Thanks Dad! |
