Assumption Parish

Assumption Parish is one of Louisiana’s most picturesque areas, deep in tradition and blessed by fertile farmland to the east and the beautiful Atchafalaya Basin to the west. Its communities and historic buildings are a living link to the antebellum south and are home to Madewood plantation, one of the best preserved historic homes in Louisiana.

The project was to establish a strong online presence using content management tools for easy management by Assumption Parish staff. The site also embeds sophisticated economic development tools to aid in economic development, recruitment and expansion.
